Objective To investigate the Immature myocardial protective effects with methods of mild hypothermic in beating heart in immature heart undergoing open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods Sixteen healthy and homogeneous minor dogs were randomly divided into two groups: The control group was dosed cold crystalloid cardioplegia intermittently,The experimental group was beating heart group, operated with mild hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. The blood sample were taken in different time and measured the changes of cTn-I,ANP,SOD,MDA in serum separately. Results cTn-I,ANP,MDA in two groups increased in varying degrees during CPB.cTn-I,ANP,MDA in experimental group increased more slowly.cTnI in experimental group were lower than the same time in control group.Activity of SOD in two groups decreased during CPB,the same time in control group is lower. Conclusions Beating heart surgery with mild hypothermic can prevent ischemia—reperfusion injury and protect immature heart better.
