Cerebrovascular disease is one of the important diseases that threaten people's lives andheath deadly. At the same time ,it is the common disease which has the characteristics of highmorbidity,high mortality, high relapse and high incidence of causing disability. There is noeffective treatment in the acute ischemic stoke now. The key step of treatment is to reperfuseas fast as possible .However ,the reperfusion itself may lead to injury and result in excessiveinflammatory. Many researches have proved that integration of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)combining medicine and other treatments is effective therapy which can improve curativeeffect in ischemic stroke and alleviate side effect of medicine. It has been reported that Platelet membrane glycoproteins and Leukocyte adhesionmolecules play an important roles in the process of cerebral ischemiareperfusion.Although many evidences and experiences has been gotten fromtreatments of many herbal medicine and HBO, we don't known the destinymechamism .Using flow cytometry, we made the study to observe theexpressions of Platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31,CD61,CD62pand Leukocyteadhesion moleculesCD11a/CD18,CD11b/CD18,CD62L in mice after cerebralischemia-reperfusion and the effects of "Dange" Infusion hyperbaric oxygen on them. "Dange" Infusion has the effects of activate blood and dissipate stasis, dissolve toxinsand dredge vessles, recent researches showed that Danshen and Gegen can take an goodeffects for acute ischemia cerebral vascular diseases, the final aim of thisexperiment is to provide the bases for clinical application of Chinese medicinefor curations and experiments . This research consists of two parts,the former is for overview .First, wegive a total overview for clinical application and curative mechanism of HBOand , Danshen and Gegen;Second ,give a total review for AIVCD's pathogenesis andtreatments on the view of modern and Chinese traditional medicine about the 10years ago; atlast, give a overview for the experimental model's characters and critisism。 The latter is for experimental study, First, study on the changes of Platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31,CD61,CD62p and Leukocyte adhesion molecules CD11a/CD18, CD11b/CD18, CD62L in mice after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and effects of HBO and "Dange" on the changes.In this part ,male mouse, weighted from 20 to 25 g,were divided randomly into seven groups,those are: normal control group(Sham);cerebral ischemic reperfusion group (IR), hyperbaric oxygen(HBO),HBO and "Dange" Infusion higher dosegroup(HBO&DG-H), HBO and "Dange" Infusion middle dose group(HBO&DG-M), HBO and "Dange" Infusion lower dose group(HBO&DG-L),respectively. We observed the influences of HBO and "Dange" Infusion on Platelet membraneglycoproteins CD31,CD61,CD62p and Leukocyte adhesion molecules CD11a/CD18,CD11b/CD18, CD62L and histo-morphology at the first ,third, fifth days of after cerebralischemia-reperfusion model. FCM was used to determine the changes of Leukocyte adhesionmolecules induced by the model in the mouse. Second, investigated the effects of "Dange" Infusion on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model.and observed the changes of Platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31,CD61,CD62p and Leukocyte adhesion molecules CD11a/CD18, CD11b/CD18, CD62L in mice after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, in this part, male mouse ,divided into 3 groups, those are :control group(Sham);model group(IR); "Dange " middle dose group(DG-M); we observed the changes at the first ,third, fifth days after the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, FCM also was used to determine. The main results displayed were as follows: 1.The results showed that HBO and "Dange" Infusion could decrease theabnormal changes of Platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31,CD61,CD62p andLeukocyte adhesion molecules CD11a/CD18, CD11b/CD18, CD62L and the effects aremostly better than HBO.
