Purpose:To review the clinical data of patients with restenosis after interventional treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities in the vascular surgery ward of our hospital in the past two years, and to study and analyze the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of restenosis after interventional treatment.Material and method: Subjects: from September 1,2017 to September 1,2019,the patients with restenosis after interventional therapy of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities who were hospitalized in vascular surgery of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine met the inclusion criteria of this study, the diagnostic criteria of "blood stasis type gangrene" in traditional Chinese medicine, and the assessment criteria of "restenosis after interventional therapy of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities" in western medicine.Research methods: through the collected clinical data, the age of patients, combined with basic diseases, clinical symptoms before and after treatment,ABI index and clinical efficacy were studied, and spss22.0 was used According to the results of the study, the treatment methods, therapeutic effects and clinical symptoms of restenosis were discussed. Results:There were 32 patients with restenosis and non amputation after interventional therapy for arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities. The effective rate was 93.75%.The ABI index was 0.19 ± 0.10 before treatment and 0.71 ± 0.16 after treatment, with an increase of 0.529(t=24.908,P=0.000<0.05).After treatment, the improvement rate of hair cooling, numbness, pain, swelling, gangrene, ulcer and claudication were 92.30%,95.83%,93.30%,94.44%,87.50%,80.00% and 92.30% respectively.Three patients with amputation accounted for 8.57% of the total. The healing rate of incision was 66.67% two weeks after amputation. No patients die.Conclusion:1.The reasonable combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of restenosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans after interventional therapy.2.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the ABI index of the affected limb, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hair cooling, numbness, swelling, pain, intermittent claudication, and effectively promote wound healing.3.The control of basic diseases, the condition of illness, the opportunity of medical treatment and economic reasons will affect the clinical treatment effect.
