Together with the great continuous advancement of bio-psycho-social medical model in medicine, the studies on characteristics of the conduct manner of patients with coronary heart disease, the psychosomatic disease of high incidence in our country, have already been begun in the areas of medicine, social culture and psychology simultaneously.This study based on the clinical questionnaire and interview method and focused the behavior features, coping method and traditional value conception and explored the relationship among them in order to offer theoretical basis for the effective correction, training and interference of coronary heart disease in the future. We have got the conclusions as follows:The investigation on the behavior pattern of coronary heart disease has shown that: among the patients with coronary heart disease, the ratio of patients of type A behavior pattern to patients of type B behavior pattern is 1.8∶1.0, and the mean age of the first occurrence of patients with type A behavior pattern is significantly higher than that of patients with type B behavior pattern. Patients who have type A behavior pattern have earlier and stronger tendency to suffer from coronary heart disease than those with type B behavior pattern . And the type A behavior pattern of coronary heart disease has sex-related and job-related characteristics, but there is no significant difference of different conduct features among different age groups.The patients of different behavior pattern with coronary heart disease have significant different composed coping methods. The patients of Type A behavior pattern have six common coping methods, which are problem-resolving, help-seeking, rationalization, self-accusation, illusion and retreat sequentially, among which the mark of self-accusation is significantly higher. The coping methods of the patients of type B behavior pattern with coronary disease sequentially are problem-resolving, help-seeking, rationalization, retreat, illusion and self-accusation, but among which the self-accusation mark is significantly lower than the other factors.By comparison of the coping methods of patients with coronary heart disease of the two different types of behavior pattern 1, we can find that they have different problem-coping methods and emotion-coping methods.
