Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Busui Shengxue Granule in chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) and adhesion before and after treatment of hematopoietic signal transduction pathway related enzymes were detected MEK, to study disease and blood viscosity CAA with the molecular signal transduction pathway relevant.Methods:108 cases of CAA were divided into two groups randomly.There are 55 cases who were used by Busui Shengxue Granule in experimental group, and 53 cases treatmented by Zaizaoshengxue Tablet in control group.3 months for a course of treatment,6 months after the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. CAA was detected by Western blot before and after treatment in patients with bone marrow stromal cells in the MAPK signal transduction protein levels ofResults:1.The effects of Busui Shengxue Granule was MEK enzymes. superior to that of Zaizaoshengxue Tablet (p<0.05). The effect of Kidney-Yang deficiency type was superior to that of Kidney-Yin deficiency type (p<0.05).2. The expression of MEK in CAA patients was lower than that of normal group (P<0.05).3. After Busui Shengxue Granule treatment, the expression of MEK could be increased (P<0.05), and and Kidney-yin deficiency had a significant difference with Kidney-yang dificiency (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Busui Shengxue Granule is effective, its efficacy is superior to Zaizaoshengxue Tablet, the two had significant difference (P <0.05);2. The treatment of Kidney-Yang deficiency type is easier than Kidney-Yin deficiency type in CAA patients (P<0.05);3. CAA bone marrow stromal cells MEK protein levels lower than normal group (P<0.05); treatment of patients with type MEK protein deficiency was higher than kidney (P<0.05), Busuishengxue particles can increase the abnormal expression of MEK protein, significant differences compared with before treatment (P all<0.05);4. Busuishengxue particles may be mediated by regulating the MEK MAPK signaling pathway enhanced the adhesion of hematopoietic signal transduction, thereby promoting hematopoietic stem progenitor cell proliferation and differentiation, adjust the cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, survival, improve the bone marrow microenvironment, bone marrow hematopoietic function recovery.
