Study On The Association Of The HLA-DQA1 Alleles With The Chronic Hepatitis B Of The Zhuang Nationality In Guangxi Province

The chronic hepatitis B is one of the most population disease in the world. It occurs througuout the world . It is a autoimmune disease. The pathogenesis of it is not very clear and generally involved with the genetic and environmental factors. We expore the Association of the HLA-DQA1 Alleles with the chronic hepatitis B of the Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi Province .So we can understand distribution the allele HLA-DQA1 in the Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi region. Method: ninty patiens with chronic hepatitis B and thirty unrelated healthy controls of Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi Province The HLA-DQA1 alleles were identified by using the polymerase chain reaction –sequence specific primers(PCR-ssp) technique. Results: 1.The allelic frequencies of HLA-DQA1*0103 was singnificantly increased in the Zhuang chronic hepatitis B and HLA-DQA1*0102 was singnificantly lower than in the controls; 2. The allelic frequencies of HLA-DQA1*0103 ,DQA1*0104 was singnificantly increased in the mild chronic hepatitis B of Zhuang and HLA-DQA1*0102 was singnificantly lower than in the controls; The allelic frequencies of HLA-DQA1*0101 DQA1*0103 in the Zhuang chronic hepatitis B of moderate was singnificantly higher than in the control groups ;and allelic frequencies of HLA-DQA1*0301 in the Zhuang severe chronic hepatitis B was singnificantly lower than in the controls;3. The alleles gene frequencies of HLA-DQA1 in the Zhuang mild and moderate chronic hepatitis B was singnificantly higher than that in the severe。Conclusion: 1. Is suggested that the HLA-DQA1*0103 allele may be susceptible gene for the Zhuang nationality of chronic hepatitis B and HLA-DQA1*0102 allele may be protecting for the Zhuang nationality of chronic hepatitis B; 2. Alleles gene DQA1*0103, DQA1*0104 may contribute to the susceptible alleles of Zhuang nationality of mild chronic hepatitis B, DQA1*0102 may be may be protective alleles in Zhuang nationality; Alleles gene DQA1*0101, DQA1*0103 may contribute to the susceptible alleles of Zhuang nationality in the moderate chronic hepatitis B; and DQA1*0301 may be may be protective alleles in Zhuang nationality of severe.
