Object: To study the function of CD61,CD62p in chronic cor pulmonale patients through detecting CD62p and CD61 expression of activated platelet, so as to guide further investigation and clinical treatment. Method: Collect 30 chronic cor pulmonale patients (acute attack) who was in the Center Hospital of Changchun at our department during 2004.10-2005.2 as research objects, 10 healthy volunteer as control objects. we detected CD61,CD62p on platelet membrane with FCM, compare the results between research and control objects, and evaluate the effect on CD62p expression and activation of platelet. Result: Platelet CD61 positive rate of research and control group is 87.34±4.62,83.25±3.20 respectively, which is statistically higher than that of control group. Platelet CD62p positive rate of research and control group is 44.23±7.28,32.17±6.97 respectively, which is statistically higher than that of control group. CD61,CD62p expression and activation of platelet of the research group is higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: 1. Platelet CD61 positive rate is increased in chronic cor pulmonale patients. 2. Platelet CD62p positive rate is increased in chronic cor pulmonal patients. 3. The activation of platelet in chronic cor pulmonal patients is increased.
