Objective: To analyze the clinical features and prognostic factors of recurrent postoperative laryngeal carcinoma。Methods: 51 patients who was diagnosed and operated in The First Hospital of JiLin University and sufferred postoperative recurrent laryngeal carcinoma were retrospectively investigated. Survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method;comparison among groups was performed using log-rank test. Results:The 5-year survive rate for patients with recurrent postoperative laryngeal carcinoma were 45.1%, the median survive time were 39.58 months; The patients with higher TNM classification had a greater risk of recurrence; The recurrent rate of stage 1,2,3,4 was 6.10%, 8.49%, 10.06%, 14.61% by separate; The duration between operation and recurrence were mostly in 1 year(38/51),and the faverate recurrent sites were neck lymph node(27/51) and locoregional recurrence (16/51);Univariate analysis revealed that the factors impacting the prognosis were the TNM classification, the original occur site, the histological grade, postoperate therapy, the reoccur site and the reoccur tumor size(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The patients with higher TNM classification had a greater risk of recurrence; The duration between operation and recurrence were mostly in 1 year; Most tumor reoccur in neck lymph node and secondly locoregional recurrence; The TNM classification, the original occur site, the histological grade, postoperate therapy, the reoccur site and the reoccur tumor size were the factors which effect the prognosis.
