Methods (1) The protective effects of MXF on anoxia model in normal mice and in acute myocardial ischemia mice induced by isoproterenol were observed. (2)The acute myocardial ischemia rats induced by isoproterenol was made to observe the effects of MXF on ΣST drifts, activity of serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) , serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) , serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) , the content of serum lactic acid (LD), serum malondialdehyde (MDA), water content of myocardium and histopathological change in myocardium. (3)The experimental myocardial ischemia dogs made by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) was used to study the effects of MXF on hemodynamics , oxygen consumption and myocardial infarction size (MIS).Results (1) MXF significantly prolonged the survival time and the revised survival time in anoxia mice ; MXF significantly prolonged the survival time and the revised survival time in anoxia acute myocardial ischemia mice induced by isoproterenol. (2) MXF opposed the ΣST drifts on electrocardiogram in acute myocardial ischemia rats induced by Iso. The water content of myocardium, releasement of myocardium enzyme (CPK,LDH) , the content of serum LD, MDA significantly increased while SOD activity decreased in myocardial ischemia rats induced by Iso. MXF treatment prevented these effects. (3) In hemodynamics studies of coronary artery ligated dogs, MXF administration increased the left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP);...
