Objective:To observe clinical efficacy and impact on T-lymphocyte subsets of psoriasis vulgaris patients treated by tutor's clearing heat and removing damp law. Objective To explore the clinic significance of T-lymphocyte subsets in psoriasis vulgaris therefore to explore the possible therapy mechnism of clearing heat and removing damp law in psoriasis vulgaris. Method: 160 psoriasis vulgaris patients were divided into three groups at radom:Chinese medicine group(clearing heat and removing damp law group); FuFangQingDaiWan group and DiYinPian group. During 8 weeks' treatments, damage and distribution of skin, severity of erythema , quantity of dry scaly skin bits, degree of pruritus and soakage were observed. We analysed changes of T-lymphocyte subsets of 20 patients in Chinese medicine group before and after the clearing heat and removing damp law therapy by flow cytometry. With 20 healthy individuals as control group.. Psoriasis vulgaris rat models were also constructed, Simulating excessive hyperlasia and aceratosis in psoriasis vulgaris's epidermal change. Experimental rats were divided into two groups at random:normal saline were applied in negative controlled group;and methotrexate applied in negative positive group;index number of mitosis and granule number were observed. Results: Though better than FuFangQingDaiWan group (P < 0.05) ,cure and obvious effect rate of Chinese medicine group is 78.75% with total effect rate of 95.00% compared with DiYinPian group, there are no notable difference between two groups (P>0.05 ) . Experimental data demonstrated that clearing heat and removing damp the rapy can apparently promote formation of granular...
