Objective To study the effection and mechanism of ZhenChan-Ting capsule on three kinds of Parkinson's disease model animals. Methods To develop rat's muscle tremor models by Arecoline Hydrobromide,observed the changes in rat's muscle tremor behavior by ZhenChan-Ting capsule; Applied the injection of Arecoline Hydrobromide in right neck total artery, Avia Porcellus left side rotatory models were developed, observe the effects of ZhenChan-Ting capsule; established C57 BL/6J brown rat's models of PD by MPTP, observed the effection of ZhenChan-Ting capsule.The behavior organs coefficients Nissl body and biochemistry were studied, the expression of apoptosis related gene Caspase-3, BDNF, Bax and Bcl-2 were studied, and discussed the mechanism of ZhenChan-Ting capsule in treatment on PD. All the experiments were campared to trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride controled groups. Results High dosage (10g Chinese herb/kg), midel dosage(5g Chinese herb /kg) and low dosage(2.5g Chinese herb/kg) of Zhenchan-Ting capsule could prolong the incubation period of muscle tremor and shorten the duration time significantly caused by Arecoline Hydrobromide(P<0.05 or P<0.01); high and middel dosages could reduce muscle tremoring strength significantly(P<0.01); the incubation period of left side rotator caused by physostigmine on Avia Porcelluses were prolonged significantly by ZhenChan-Ting capsule(P<0.01); the high and middel dosage could shorten the duration time of left rotator significantly(P<0.01)and reduce the number of left rotatoring rounds(P<0.05); the high dosage could improve rat's autonomous campaign significantly(P<0.01); each dosages of ZhenChan-Ting capsule could shorten the diffrent value in climb pole significantly(P<0.01); high dosage could increase the marks significantly in hang experiments(P<0.01); each dosage of ZhenChan-Ting capsule could increase the adrenal gland coefficients obviously (P<0.01 or P<0.05); high dosage could reduce ALT value in rat's serum significantly(p<0.05), high and middel dosage could reduce AST value significantly(p<0.01), three kinds of dosages could reduce BUN value significantly(p<0.01 or p<0.05); Nissl dyeing shows: Dopamine neurons were less harmed obviously in high dosage of ZhenChan-Ting capsule, the area, average optical density and integral optical density of nissl body were grown up significantly(p<0.01), the average blackness were grown up obviously in middel dosage(p<0.05); the area of protron Caspase-3 were reduced...
