The Study On Vesicular Characteristics Of Vesicular Medicines In The Point Application Therapy

Objective: study on the common used vesicular medicine and find outthe vesicular characteristics of them.Observe changes of the IgE and clinical symptoms for allergic rhinitis patients by simple vesicular medicine. Method: The step one selects 175 health test-reserves those were randomly divided into five groups.The 1^st to 4^th groups stick different medicines and doses,the 5^th group sticks flour, and then observe the time of vesiculation, size of bubble, and aching degree, according to results that comes from 1^st step experiment, 51 allergic rhinitis patients were divided 2 groups randomly.26 patients for treatment are treated by banmao vesculation.25 patients for control group are treated by adopted prescription. After 30 days, observe the clinical symptoms and the level of IgE in the blood. Result: (1) The vesiculation rate between the different doses of banmao and baijiezi are different (P<0.05) that shows the rate of 0.05g/point medicine is higher than 0.01g/point medicine; Vesicular time are different (P< 0.05) that shows the time of banmao is longer than baijiezi(P<0.05) ; Vesicular size are different (P<0.05) that shows the size of 0.05g/point medicine is larger than O.Olg/point medicine(P<0.05);the aching rates are different (P<0.05) that shows 0.05g/point Baijiezi is highest than the others .Among the vesicular cases, the other 3 groups are same for every group(P>0.05).(2) Curative effects between the simple vesicular of Banmao and adopted prescription are same.(P>0.05) .These two methods can lower IgE level in the blood that are same as the normal level.(P>0.05).
