The Effects And Mechanisms Of The Jieduhuazhuoruangan Method On Preventing And Treating Rats' Immune Hepatic Fibrosis

Objective: We have acquired a good curative effect in preventing and treating the immune hepatic fibrosis by the jieduhuazhuoruangan method in former clinical practice. The objective of our study is to observe the effects in pathology, serology and immunohistochemstry of jieduhuazhuoruangan method for the rats'immune hepatic fibrosis by animal experiment and to study the function and mechanisms of the jieduhuazhuoruangan method on preventing and treating rats'immune hepatic fibrosis. We expounded the etiology ,pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of HF systematically and completely by this theory.Methods: This research has been completed mainly by animals experiment.1 The gist of the established methodHepatic fibrosis(HF) is owing to various of factors which cause the liver injury , and produce excessive extracelluar matrix( ECM ).
