Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a specific disease of gestationperiod. Its incidence rate is 9.4% inland and 7%12% abroad. The disease is the major cause resulting in morbidity and mortality in pregnant women and neonates. The research for its pathogenesis is an important task in obstetric department for many years. So far, the etiology of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is opinions vary, but there has not a clear and systemic theory about the start and development of this disease. Recently, people have payed an abroad attention to the theory of placenta shallow bed and vascular endothelial damage on pathogeny of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. And the mechanism of control abnormality about invasion ability of trophoblast and integrality of capillary vascular endothecium has been a research hotspot today.Pathological changes of placental villus and vascular endothelial cells may be the important factors of pathogeny of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. At present, cytokine and adhesion molecule relating to this disease have been widely studied. Researches indicated that invasion action of trophoblast and integrality of capillary vascular endothecium were controled by growth factor and adhesion molecule on placenta. Once the control is out of gear, invasion ability of trophoblast will decline and vascular endothelial cells will be damaged. Transforming growth factor-beta (1) (TGFβ1)is a multifunctional cytokine. Researches abroad already...
