The Mark Of Endothelial Cell Dysfuction-E-selectin And VWF In Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy(HDCP)

Part I Examination of E-selectin in Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy( HDCP)Objective:To investigated the changes in serum concentration of sE-selectin in nonpregnancy women,normal pregnancy women and those with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy( HDCP). To investigate the effect of serum concentration of sE-selectin in those with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy( HDCP).Methods:40 patients with HDCP(divided into Gestational Hypertension group:15 cases and Preeclampsia group:25cases).There are 45 women as normal pregnancy groups(divided into first trimester group:15 cases,second trimester group:15 cases and third trimester group:15 cases).And there are 15 nonpregnancy women as a controlled group. Veinal blood samples were collected before labor stage on each woman Then serum concentration of sE-selectin were analyzed by ELISA.Results: The serum level of sE-selectin of Preeclampsia group (21.90+8.17ng/ml) were higher than those of Gestational Hypertension group (11.85+3.45 ng/ml P<0.05) .
