Backgrouds The growth, infiltration and transfer of the tumor isclosely related with vasifaction. INOS participates various pathologic processes of the body. In recent years the research still discovers the increase of their activity can promote the production of tumor blood vessel . INOS is also an important factor adjusting the vasifaction of tumor. We make use of immunohistochemistry to study the expression of iNOS in NIP and the relationship of vasifaction in NIP and the tumor biological behavior. Meanwhile we evaluate the expression of the capillaries density and VEGF in tumor tissues to reveal the important role of iNOS in the vasifaction and the interrelationship between the INOS and the tumor biological behavior. Objective To study the expression of iNOS in NIP. TO inquiry intothe function of NO in the growth and the depravation of NIP. And also to re- veal how the INOS promote the tumor growth with VEGF.Method Experiment group contains thirty nasal inverted papillomas cases . Control group number one contains twenty nasal polyps cases.
