Objective:Hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection is one of the most common infectious diseases in China,it has been greatly threatening the human health and lives. Around 25% to 40% of HBV patients will eventually die in the development of liver cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma. At present, the threpaies are as follows:anti-virus,immunomodulation,protecting liver and decreasing serum transaminase. Interferon-2a and lamivudine are the most determinately used drugs for the treatment of chronic HBV infection. However, because side efects and costly price ,the efficiency of these drugs is still limited. Therefore, develop new anti-hepatitis drug is urgently needed. The immunoreactions of the patients are so complicated.Later research shows that the outcome of HBV infection particularly depends on the strength of nonspecific and specific immune response (humoral and cellular immune response) , the immune responses of body to HBV are the main reason of liver damage. Cellular immunere sponse has been considered to play an important role in the pathogenesis of HBV infection.During HBV infection .production of cytokines and chemokines by activated T cells and macrophages, recruitment and activation of bystander cells, i.e. neutrophils, macrophages and antigen nonspecific T cells lead to the development of necro- inflammatory foci.and hepatocyte apoptosis and consequently liver injury. Therefore,it has momentous significance to do a research on restricting immunological liver injury.
