Research On Vascular Remodeling In SHR Reversed By Antihypertensive Formula Of Clearing Liver Fire And Supplementing Qi And Interferential Mechanism

Objective: To observe the effect of antihypertensive formula of clearing liver fire and supplementing qi on blood pressure, cardiotach, blood biochemistry index sign and modulators of spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR), the author wants to discuss the interferential mechanism on vascular remodeling in SHR, to seek the effective therapeutic method to treat essential hypertension. Methods: Adopting internationally SHR as pathological model, given drugs by inspire gastric, ET,Angâ…¡in plasma and NO in serum were detected. Cutting kidney of SHR into slices routinely, and dyeing the tissues of those with HE and Masson, the author observes the effect on the arteriolar in kidney with the optical microscope. Managing immunocytochemistry techniques and in situ hybridization, the author observes its effect on the expresson of eNOS gene and AT1R gene of the arteriolar in kidney. Results: The formula has assured antihypertensive effect, with making the blood pressure obviously drop compared with the model (P <0.05);It can improve NO level in serum and adjust the balance of ET/NO , control contracting of blood vessel, reduce the plasma Angâ…¡and has good preventive effect on the fibrosis of blood vessel of SHR. Conclusions: The formula of clearing liver fire and supplementing qi has good antihypertensive effect, combination of drugs of clearing liver, supplementing Qi, tonifying Yin, soothing the liver can strengthen its antihypertensive effect on SHR, Huangqi (Astragalus Root) has obvious compatibility enlargement utility in the whole formula. The formula can still prevent blood vessel fibrosis of SHR.
