Results: The formula has assured antihypertensive effect, with making the blood pressure obviously drop after giving drugs compared with the model (P <0.01);Compared with model, it can reduce the protein and mRNA expression of collagenⅠ,collagenⅢlevel, reduce the protein and mRNA expression of TGF-β1 level(P <0.01). Conclusions: The formula of clearing liver fire and supplementing qi has good antihypertensive effect, has good preventive effect on the vascular collagen remodeling of SHR by reduce the protein and mRNA expression of collagenⅠ,collagenⅢlevel. Reduce the protein and mRNA expression of TGF-β1 is perhaps the reaction interferential mechanism.
