Effects Analysis Of Mifepristone Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Conservative Treatment Of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective: To explore the curative effects of Mifepristone Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, Looking for a conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy which is safer、more effective and less damage.Methods: Clinical data of 100 cases which were clinic diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy and conservative treated in the obstetrics and gynecology(OG)department of The Second Clinical Hospital of Jilin University during January 2014 to October 2015 were retrospectively analysed. These cases were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different treatment.Patients in control group oral mifepristone 20 mg/q 12 h. Patients in the experimental group had 20 mg of mifepristone 2 times/q 12 h and Traditional Chinese medicine preparations for treatment. General decoction, 2 times/d. If blood β-HCG decline <15%, or slightly increased after had the medication, and had no Internal hemorrhage phenomenon, Patients continue conservative treatment voluntarily, may repeat the same treatment. During treatment the patient is asked absolute bed rest,ban alcohol and sex, forbidden taking folic acid vitamins and to keep stool. The curative rate, clinical symptoms recovery and blood β-HCG value reduction, drug adverse reaction were Compared between the two groups of patients, and analyzes the effect of prognosis of ectopic pregnancy.Results: There were 100 patients had been incorporated into my study, subjects in the control group of 50 patients were cured 36 cases(72.0%), 50 cases of the experimental group were cured 46 cases(92.0%), the total curative rates in two groups, were statistically significantly different(P <0.01), the curative rates was significantly higher in the experimental group; After 2 weeks treatment of twogroups of patients, there were 76.7% patients who had abdominal pain have been cured in the experimental group, only 48.3% in the control group have been cured,I improvement of symptoms of abdominal pain in the experimental group was more batter than the control group. Similarly, after 2 weeks of treatment, there were80.0% in the experimental group patients with vaginal bleeding stopped, 57.6% in the control group, Curative effect was higher in the experimental group; Compare the cured cases and failure cases before and after treatment, we found that the serum level of β-HCG and the times of abortions were two previous reference index which influenced the outcome of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, especiallyβ-HCG value is more important; By comparison the effects of different pre-treatment serum β-HCG value of treatment efficacy was found when the β-HCG values ≤1000IU / ml, no significant difference in overall Curative effect in the two groups(P>0.05), But the experimental group reduced the extent of abdominal mass and pelvic fluid absorption, were higher than the control group; When the blood β-HCG values>1000IU / ml, the therapeutic effect of the experimental group higher than the control group; During the treament, side effects of drug appeard in the experimental group was lower than the control group, especially gastrointestinal discomfort cases(12%)was significantly lower than the control group(34%), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion:1.Mifepristone capsules combined with Chinese medicine compared mifepristone alone significantly improves the overall effect of ectopic pregnancy, drug combination, it may act on different targets at the same time, enhance the therapeutic effect, shorten hospital stays and reduce hospital costs.2. Mifepristone in Chinese medicine, can promote abdominal pain, restore vaginal bleeding and other symptoms, improve quality of life, enhance confidence in treatment.3. Serum β-HCG value, previous number of miscarriages is an important indicator of the impact of ectopic pregnancy prognosis, higher serum β-HCG levels, previousnumber of abortions more, the possibility of failure of conservative treatment are greater.4. When serum β-HCG values ≤1000IU / ml, no significant difference in patients before admission, the total effect of two treatment methods, but mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, patients significantly reduced attachment area mass, pelvic fluid, blood absorbed faster, shorter hospital stay, symptoms significantly. When the serum β-HCG values> 1000 IU / ml, the therapeutic effect of combination therapy significantly increased. It can be seen,regardless of the level of serum β-HCG value level, the efficacy of combination therapy was superior to monotherapy.5. Mifepristone and medicine use, blood β-HCG values decreased in patients with faster, shorter hospital stay, without repetition mifepristone, thereby reducing the toxicity of the gastrointestinal tract, the blood system caused by drugs and the like.6. Mifepristone combined with Chinese medicine used in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, a clear effect, high cure rate, low toxicity, and have anti-inflammatory,promote healing fallopian tubes to prevent pelvic adhesions such as the role of young patients provide a good birth again conditions for safe, effective, economical,less side effects, worthy of promotion.
