Objective:Condyloma Acuminata also called genital warts. It is one kind of benign hyperplastic disease. As one of the most common sexually transmitted disease, it is caused by Human Papilloma virus infection. Over 100 types of HPVs are recognized thus far and benign genital warts typically are caused by HPV types 6,11,16 and 18. The types 16 and 18 are also correlation with cervix carcinoma. So people have paid more attention on studying CA. In the clinic, we found that CA lesions grew fastly and were easy bleeding when used physical and chemical treatment. Therefore, It is suggestion that there are excessive angiogenesis in the CA tissue. This study focus on investigating the expression and effect of VEGF,TGFβ1,Flk1 and CD105 in the tissue of CA.Methods:Observing and quantitatively evaluation the blood vessel density in 27 CA specimens and 17 normal human foreskin tissue. The expression of the VEGF,TGF β1,Flk1 and CD105 in the two groups were examined by immunohistochemistry. The mRNA of VEGF and TGF β1 also examined by RT-PCR, and the relationship between the expression of the VEGF,TGFβ1,Flk1 and CD105 and angiogenesis was analyzed statistically. Results:The blood vessel density in CA specimen was significantly higher than that in normal foreskin tissue (P<0.01); The expression of mRNA of VEGF and TGFβ1 were higher than that in normal tissue (P<0.05); The distribution of VEGF and TGFβ1 in normal foreskin tissue was mainly in basal layer, while in CA was throughout the epidermis but the stratum corneum; The expression of Flk1 in CA tissues was...
