PARTâ… Experimental study of ultrasound microbubble enhance the penetrability of the rat prostateObjective: To investigate wether ultrasound microbubble can enhance the penetrability of the rat prostate or notMaterials and methods: 18 SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: NP (normal prostate) group, BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) group and UM+BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by ultrasound microbubble) group, 6 rats each group. For BPH group and UM+BPH group, after the BPH model were established, Albumin ultrasound contrast agents were injected into every rat from the vena caudalis plus 1MHz, 1w/cm2 ultrasound prostatic local irradiation by the UGT 1025 gene transfection equipment. The irradiation was given 10 second with 10 second Interval and the total time was 5 minutes. 24 hours later, 1 rat was selected randomly from each group to observe the change of the blood...
