The Clinical Observation Of Longchangkeli In The Treatment Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia And The Study Of Bax Gene Expression

Objective:To investigate the mechanism that Longchangkeli treats through the clinical efficacy treatment oftreatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:Choose 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and made them randomized into two groups.40 cases of Treatment group was treated with Longchangkeli.40 cases of Control group was treated with Longbishu,1 month for a course of treatment,both groups were treated three courses. Comparatively analyze the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,IPSS, maximum urinary flow rate,residual urine volume,prostate volume,etc.Some experiments used rats injected testosterone propionate after castration-induced prostatic hyperplasia law model after oral administration of 30d executed.Removed prostate tissue and measured its wet weight using two-step method of PV particles and prostatic hyperplasia in rats intervention bax testing organizations.Results:Clinical observation:The total effective rate was 78.4%,control group,the total effective rate was 64.7%by the X2 test analysis,(P＜0.05), two effects were significantly different.Treatment group after treatment and clinical symptoms,IPSS,QOL,Qmax,residual urine volume,prostate volume were significantly improved by the test analysis(P＜0.05),the compared treatment efficacy of the latter two groups were significantly different. Experimental study:prostate wet weight:control group 0.61±0.03;model group,0.95±0.04;Longbishu Group 0.73±0.02;Low-dose of Longchangkeli group 0.80±0.05;Medium dose of Longchangkeli group 0.78±0.07;High dose of Longchangkeli group 0.68±0.03;compared with the model group P＜0.05.Prostate index:blank control group 0.143±0.006;Model group,0.226±0.008;Longbishu group 0.172±0.004;Low-dose of Longchangkeli group 0.199±0.012;Medium dose of Longchangkeli group 0.181±0.010;High dose of Longchangkeli group 0.168±0.003;compared with the model group P＜0.05. BPH prostate epithelial cells of rat bax expression of Longchangkeli(mean optical density):blank 0.226±0.010;model group,0.184±0.005;Longbishu group 0.206±0.015;Low-dose of Longchangkeli group 0.199±0.001; Medium dose of Longchangkeli group 0.202±0.003;High dose of Longchangkeli group 0.211±0.003;compared with the model group P＜0.05.Conclusion:1.Longchangkel's curative effect is better than Longbishu's in the cure of benign prostatic hyperplasia.2.Longchangkeli can effectively reduce the wet weight of prostate and relieve pathological change.Its mechanism might be through effectively regulating the expressions of bax in prostatic tissue to accelerate the cell apoptosis of prostate.
