IntroductionSquamous cell carcinoma of tongue (TSCC) is the most common tumour in oral and maxillofacial malignant tumours which has high metastasis rate. It can lead to the neck's lymph node metastasis in early times and distant metastasis lately. At present, many civil and external researches believe that the growth and metastasis of solid tumours are relative to the angiogenesis. Most scholars detect microvessel density (MVD) by means of the Van vascular endothelial markers such as CD31 ,CD34 nowadays. However, all of those markers can not distinguish the proliferating endothelial cells and the normal endothelial cells thoroughly. The update researches point out that CD105 can be expressed specially in the propagating vessels. In this research, we detect multiple antibodies including CD31 ,CD34 and the newest CD105 antibodies of different pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node status, then we can deduce the relationship between the endothelial markers and the prognosis of TSCC patients.MethodThe experimental group includes 40 TSCC cases, and the contrast group includes 10 cases selected from the normal mucosa epithelium besides the TSCC. All the cases were stained by immunohistochemical S-P method, and then we a-dopt the Weidner's method to count the tumor's microvessel density ( MVD) marked by CD31 ,CD34 and CD105. All the data are described by x ± s and examined by T test and one —way analysis of variance, and they will be different in...
