Clinical And Experimental Research On Treating Paralysis Stroke About Lacking Blood With Naoxuetongtai Drop Pill

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effective and the badness and the side-effective of naoxuetongtai drop pill to the convalescence stage of ischemic apoplexy(cerebralinfarction),and compare with xuesaitong capsule. Methods1.Clinical data:All the patients come from Hubei Hospital of TCM,from February,2005 to December,2005,to averagely randomize seventy- nine patients to treatment group and comparison group have thirty- four.2.The medical usage: The patients in treatment group take orally naoxuetongtai drip pills 4 each time, t.i.d .one period of treatment is four weeds .In the period,others that will have an effect on the result are forbidden including drugs,fat food,acridity food , smoking and drinking.3.The curative effective and the badness and the side-effect : For all the patients clinical symptoms are observed before taking medincine,the 8^th day ,the 15^th day, the 22th day ,the 29^th day,and we take scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign,blood route ,urine route ,stool route ,liver kidney function , electrocardiogram, blood coagulation ,blood rheology , the blood liquid are observed before and after the treatment.4.The Stat. method: After four weeds ,we analyze the data, the count materials are examined with X² ,the measuring materials are examined with t-test and the grade materials with Ridit. Result1 The clinical curative effective : The treated group's total effective rate 98.0%, with stat. analysis is better than that of the contrast group, 79.4%.2.The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign : The treated group ,total effective rate, 94.8% with stat. analysis ,is better than that of the contrast group.3.The main symptoms and physical sign : The treated group, effective rate for torpidity , headache, alalia and hemiplegia is better than that of the constrast group ,otherwise , the total effective rate for hyperkinesias is 27.3%.4.The blood hemorheology .The effects in treated group are better than that of the controlled group.5.The blood liquid : The effects in treated group are better than that of the controlled group.6.The badiness and side-effect: There are no side-effects in both groups.
