Clinical Studies Of The Acute Phase Of The Injection The Fleabane Phenol Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke (blood Stasis Card)

Objective:to observe the curative effective and the badness and the side-effective of Breviscapine--Asarum Phenol injection to the stagnation syndrome of brain of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:averagely randomize 30 patients to treatment group and 30 patients to comparison group.Because the drugs of this research are intravenous injections and different formulations,we can't make double-blind design,and make single-blind design to observe. Treatment group:Breviscapine--Asarum Phenol injection,60 mg each,by adding 250 ml saline,intravenous infusion,one time a day,60-90 drops end.Comparison group: Breviscapine--Asarum injection.40 ml each,by adding 250 ml saline,intravenous infusion, one time a day,60-90 drops end.The two groups will be treated 14 days Continuously.ResuIt:through clinical research,treatment group is better than comparison group in treatment of patients with partial body paresthesia.(P＜0.05)Conclusion:Breviscapine-Asarum Phenol injectioncan improve significantly the clinical symptoms of patients with stroke.The clinical observation is better and have no significant side effects and adverse reactions.It is safe and effective to the patients with stagnation syndrome of brain of acute ischemic stroke.It alleviate the suffering of the patients.
