Injection Safflower Yellow Pigment Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction Dialectical In Line With Clinical Studies Of Stroke Meridian Stasis Card In 70 Cases

ObjectiveTo observe the influence on the clinical symptoms, the main symptoms and physical sign of TCM, the scores of nervous function and the blood rheology of the injection safflor yellow (SY) to curatio the acute ischemic stroke . To observe the curative effective and the badness the side-effective . It provides scientific basis for clinic.Method1. Clinical Materials: All cases who came from Hubei Hospital of TCM , from March 2005 to August 2005, was divided into SY treamtment group and blank control group randomly double-blind and averagely, each group included 35 cases. And, both groups was given foundation treatment with injection troxerutin.2. Treatment Project2.1 Internal Medicine : Keep respiratory function , prevent infect , prevent pulmonary embolism ,prevent vein thrombus of lower limb ;adjust by blood pressure ,control blood sugar ;control ICP and brain hydroncus; control the temperature of the patient with fever ; keep electrolyte balance and deal with the complication etc .2. 2 Foundation Treatment: the treat group and the control group use injection Troxerutin as foundation treatment. Injection Troxerutin 200mg put 0.9% injection sodium chloride or 5% injection glucose 250ml , iv drop once a day. Besides in the treat group put injection SY 80mg into 0.9% injection sodium chloride or 5% injection glucose 250ml , iv drop once a day , in the control group put injection SY Omg into 0. 9% injection sodium chloride or 5% injection glucose 250ml , iv drop once a day.2. 3 The Order of Medication : All experimenters enter group by order , injection Troxerutin is the former , the next is injection SY.2.4 Courses of Treatment : 14 days .2.5 In the period, others that will have an effect in the result are forbidden ,including drugs ,fat food, smoking and drinking.3. The curative effective and the badness and the side-effect: For all the patients clinical symptoms are observed,we take scorces on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign ,Blood Analysis , Urine Analysis , Blood Rheology et cetera are observed before and after the treatment.4. The statistic Method: The materials are examined with t-test > Radit-test or ANOVA by SPSS 13.0.Result1. Two groups of clinical curative effect are compared: the treatment group' s total effective rate 94. 29%,with stat. analysis is better than that of the control group ,85.71%. The cure rate, the significant efficient rate have distinctive differences.
