【Objective】To observe and assess the effect of early electro-driven dermabrasion to improve the microcirculation and lessen bacterial infection of deep second degree burn wound; Research the mechanism of electro-driven dermabrasion in promoting burn wound healing.【Methods】1. Researching objects grouping and treatment:(1)Animal experiment: Select 60 Wistar albino rats of maleness, and divide into three groups randomly, including electro-driven dermabrasion(A group, n=20), tangential excision(B group, n=20), and nonoperation(C group, n=20). Make the empyrosis animal models(TBSA=15%) of deep second degree by scalding their backs. We operated on them by dermabrasion(A group) and tangential excision(B group) on the 24h after injury. Carbasus of Vaseline Oil were given to cover the wounds of postoperation. The nonoperation animals were covered with 1% SD-Ag cream. Renoveaturing the dressing would be done regularly to all the nimals until their wounds healed.(2)Clinical research: 34 adult patients[40 operation positions(n)] with deep second degree burn(20%
