Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effects of Wanban Tang and enhanced external counterpulsation treatment on patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and its effects on the levels of serum NO ET-1 and MCP-1 and the diacuss the mechanism.Material and method:Collect 120 patients with UP of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome from department of cardiology K,affiliated hospital of liaoning university of Chinese medicine and divide them into the experimental group(60 cases)and the contral group(60 cases).Patients in the control group were given Wanban Tang and the routine western medicine treatment and those in the experimental group were treated by EECP on the basis of the control group. The two groups' treatment time were both 4 weeks.Observe the angina pectoris curative effect,TCM syndrome effect and the change levels of NO,ET-1 and MCP-1 of the patients. Results: 1.Angina pectoris curative:After teeatment, the curative effects of angina pectoris symptom were obviously better than before between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group got obviously better curative effect.2.TCM syndrome effect: After teeatment, the TCM syndrome effect were obviously better than before between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group got obviously better curative effect.3.Efficacy of serum index: After treatment, serum NO level was higher in both groups(P<0.05),and the serum ET-1 and MCP-1 levels were lower than before(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The combined treatment of Wanban Tang combined with EECP can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and TCM syndrome in patients with UA(phlegm blood stasis syndrome),and the curative effect is better than that of the decoction.2.This treatment mechanism may be associated with elevated levels of NO and reduced levels of ET-1 and MCP-1 to improve vascular endothelial function and inhibit inflammatory response.3.The combined treatment of Wanban Tang combined with EECP anti-pulsation therapy got The clinical curative effect and high safety and provided a reference for the UA treatment of Chinese herbal medicine combined with EECP.
