Objective: The pulmonary embolism is an clinic syndrome caused by endogenous or exogenous embolus obstruct pulmonary artery. When APE happens, hypoxia and the mechanical obstruct can result in the interruption of blood current, which may cause the pulmonary blood vessel endothelium damage and platelet activation, so we inferred that it may cause the changes in synthetic secretion and dilivery of the two kinds of materials , and exert an important influence on pulmonary hemodynamic. Thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto- prostaglandin F1a (6-Keto-PGF1α) are two important kinds of vasoactive substance, mainly prouducted by platelet and endothelial cells. Study shows that they are related to pulmonary artery hypertension caused by acute lung injury(ALI), but their function in ALI and their influence on the pulmonary hemodynamic after APE are still unidentified. So we set up APE model and detection the the changes of TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1αin plasma, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and lung homogenate and the expression of ICAM-1in pulmonary tissue in rabbit with acute pulmonary embolism (APE), in order to investigate their...
