The Difference Analysis For Expression Of Cathepsin D And Ki67 In Tissues Of Squamous Cell Carcinoma, Basal Cell Carcinoma And Seborrhoeic Keratosis.

Objective: To observe the expressions of cathepsin D(CD) and Ki—67 Antigen(Ki67) among Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC),Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and Seborrhoeic keratosis(SK),analyze difference and significance of their expressions.Methods : CD and Ki67 were assayed by munohistochemistry techniques(S-P)in specimens from 15 SCC,15 BCC,14 SK and 10 normal persons .observed and accounted positive cells by optics microscope .According to the rates of positive cells, the results were analyzed by Chi-square test and correlation analyse.Results : (1) CD,Ki67 were both negative expression in normal skin tissue.(2) The expressions of CD in SK,BCC and SCC were increased by turns, which showed difference between SCC and SK (P < 0.05);Its positive cell rate was a positivecorrelation with tumor vicious degree of them (P < 0.05);positive rates of interstitial cells in SK,BCC and SCC were respectively 85.7%, 66.7%, 33.3%,they showed significant differences(P < 0.05).(3) The expression of Ki67 had the significant differences in three groups(P < 0.05); Its positive cell rates was a positive correlation with tumor vicious degree of them (P < 0.05).(4) There was a positive correlation between CD and Ki67(P < 0.05).Conclusion : (1) The expressions of CD and Ki67 in normal skin tissue were negative.The expressions of CD and Ki67 in Seborrhoeic Keratosis,Basal cell...
