| Objective: Carcinoma of endometrium is a common malignant tumor of female reproductive system,with a going up inckdence in recent years. At present., we have known that its happening was a complex course with many factors,many phases,many genes'rariance and cumulations,but we haven't known its molecular biological mechanism of coming on. Survivin, as one of ICP discoveried recently, expresses selectivily in many common malignant tumor, but it doesn't express in normal tissue, by the side of carcinoma and adult differentiational tissue.
