The Clinic Research And Significance Of Plasma BNP ANP And CRP In Patients With Atrial Fibrillation

Objective: This study is to investigate the relationship between the plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP), C-reactive protein(CRP) and the atrial fibrillation by checking BNP, ANP and CRP in plasma. It is to improve the diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice.Methods: Sixty patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were included in the atrial fibrillation groups, with 39 males and 21 females, all were admitted in Shandong Jiaotong hospital.The sinus rhythm groups included 27 males and 13 females whose ages from 47 to 70. The selected patients have no rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dilated heart disease or hyperthyroidism. The controls included 12 males and 8 females whose ages ranged from 38 to 69. These selected normal controls are perfectly healthy. BNP and ANP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetric method..Results:1.
