Study On HPLC Fringerprint Of Danggui And Jisheng Injection

In this paper, HPLC with Zorbax-C₁₈(4.6mm×250mm, 5μm) column was used, 0.5% Acetic acid and Methanol-Tetrahydrofuran (90:10) , as a mobile phase A and B gradient elution and detection wavelength at 270nm, to analyze 10 batches of Danggui and jisheng injection and 10 batches of the intermediate of injection respectively. The fingerprints of Danggui and jisheng injection and the intermediate of injection were set up. Analyzing by Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation system (CASE) , the similarities of Danggui and jisheng injection and the intermediate of the injection were more than 0.90 respectively. The studies are useful for the quality control of Danggui and jisheng injection and its intermediate.22 samples of Angelica Sinensis 10 samples of Viscum Coloratum were collected from different areas. It was identified that all of them were Angelica Sinensis and Viscum coloratum. Based on the study of fingerprints of Danggui and jisheng injection, the fingerprints of Angelica Sinensis and Viscum coloratum were set up. â‘  The HPLC chromatographic fingerprints of Angelica Sinensis showing 29 peaks, was established from 22 Angelica Sinensis samples and studied by chemical pattern...
