Practice Of Detecting Fibrinogen And C-reaction Protein To Patients With Coronary Heart Diseases Angine Pectoris

Objective:To analyze the influenzation on stability of angine pectoris and early prognosis in patients with coronary heart diseases by fibrinogen and c-reaction protien.To learn the predictable value of fibrinogen and c-reaction protein activity degree of angina pectoris stability and angiocardiopathy events.Methods:From July 2006 to January 2007 ,75 patients enrolled in hospital with angina pectoris diagnosed as coronary heart diseases by coronary angiography were selected ;among them 30 patients with stable angina pectoris and 35 patients with unstable angina pectoris. To analyze the relationship between the level of fibrinogen,c-reaction protein content of patients and angina pectoris stability, cardiov- ascular events.They are tracked for there months to evaluate cardiovascular events, including suddenly death,acute myocardial infarction,acute heart failure and other cardiovascular events. Selected standard: 75 patients including male,n=40 ;female, n=35 who suffer diffirent degee angina pectoris with different ST segment changes in heart dectrigraphic. Excluding standard: (1) the patients who had acute myocardial infarction by detecting CK,CK-MB. (2) the patients who had acute or chronic infection on other organ such as lung infection, urinary system infection and admentary system infection etc.(3) the patients who had other servious liver or renal failure.(4) the patients who had cancer diseases,rheumatism and various trauma diseases which may led to fibrinogen and c-reaction protein.(5) the patients who had myocardial infarction or rebuile on coronary arteries without myocardosis. Statistics: Statistics: we have analyzed data with spss10.0 sofeware .we adopted t-test,x2-test.Results:between the patients with unstable angina pectoris team and the patients with stable angion pectoris team, the levels of fibrinogen and c-reaction protein are differet, P<0.05.The coinside of cardiovascular events are obviously differet ,P<0.01.Conclusion:the levels of fibrinogen and c-reaction protein are certain relation with the unstable of coronary atherosclerotic plaque ,they are independent dangerous factors to coronary heart diseases, they have predict value to cardiovascular events.
