The Detection Of Estradiol In Pregnancy Serum From 4 To 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy And Inquiry Into The Relation Of It And Threatened

ObjectiveTo detect the level of oestradiol (E₂), progestogen ( P ) , β-chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in pregnancy serum of normal pregnant women; to dectate the estradiol(E₂), progestogen (P) ,β-chorionic gonadotropin(β-Hcg)in pregnancy serum of threatened pregnannt women ; to analyse and inquire that the level of the oestradiol(E₂),progestogen (P) , β-chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in threatened pregnannt women may be markedly descends than that of in normal pregnancy serum.MethodsTo select those pregnante women, without TORCH infection,or anti-sperm antibody ,or anti-endometrhaveium antibody,or hypoplasia of uterus and so on, and those pregnant women with the history of nature abortion who must have normal chromosome.there are 259 pregnant women at all which are divided into 2 primary groups : 171 cases belonging to normal pregnant women and 88 cases belonging to threatened pregnant women. Every primary group is divided into 5 minor groupsagain ,shuh as the 4^th gestational week , the 5^th gestational week......the 8^thgestational week.Detect thire oestradiol(E₂),progestogen (P ) , β-chorionic gonadotropin(β-Hcg)in...
