Objective:ER,PR,C-erbB-2 three kinds of oncogenes have been well known in molecule biology.The correlation-ship of these oncogenes expression with clinical biology features of breast cancer is more and more concerned in the world recently.The process of breast cancer occurrence,development and metastasis is more complex,in which multiple factors take part in and many kinds of gene mutate in many procedures.The correlation-ship of oncogene expression with clinical biology features cannot be defined only by one kind of gene.It should be analyzed by combining with other kinds of gene.In addition,large amounts of samples and multivariate analysis are needed so that it reveals completely correlation=ship of oncogenes expression with clinical biology features of breast cancer.In our experiment,C-erbB-2,ER and PR three kinds of oncogenes in breast cancer tissue of 262 cases were studied in immunohistochemical LSAB method in order to promote evaluation and diagnosis level of breast cancer from cell to molecule.Methods:The expression of C-erbB-2,ER and PR three kinds of oncogenes in primary breast cancer tissue from 262 breast cancer cases in immunohistochemical LSAB method from general surgery department.The correlation-ship of these three kinds of oncogenes with patients'age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and pathological type of breast cancer were studied in Kruskal Wallis test of statistics and analyzed in grade related data method.The correlation-ship among C-erbB-2,ER and PR three kinds of oncogenes was also studied in order to confirm correlation-ship of C-erbB-2,ER and PR three kinds of oncogenes with their clinical biologyfeatures in identical breast cancer tissue.Result:1,C-erbB-2,ER and PR all expression highly in breast cancer tissue.ER expression rate (66.03%) and over-expression rate (38.17%) both highest,C-erbB-2 expression rate (64.12%) and over-expression rate (12.60%) both lowest.But expression rate and over-expression rate among them were not significant difference(P> 0.05) in these breast cancer's cases.2,The correlation-ship of patients'age of breast cancer C-erbB-2,ER and PR rxoression in breast cancer tissue was that there was not significant difference(P > 0.05) in C-erbB-2,ER and PR expression between ages'groups.3,The correlation-ship of lymph node metastasis of breast cancer with C-erbB-2 expression in breast cancer tissue was significant difference(P<0.05).4,The correlation-ship of tumor size of breast cancer with C-erbB-2,ER and PR expression in breast cancer tissue was not significant difference(P>0.05).5,The correlation-ship among C-erbB-2,ER and PR expression in identical breast cancer tissue was as follow:C-erbB-2 expression was significant positive correlated to ER and PR expression(P<0.05),But ER expression was not related to PR expression(P>0.05).Conclusion:1,All C-erbB-2,ER and PR oncogenes had higher rate of expression and over-expression.2,These three kinds of oncogenes expression were not related to patients'age,tumor size in breast cancer.3,The significantly correlation-ship of lymph node metastasis with C-erbB-2 expression in breast cancer tissue.4,The significantly positive correlation-ship of C-erbB-2 expression with ER and PR expression in breast cancer, but ER expression was not related to PR expression.
