The Research On The Expression Of Survivin,Caspase-3 In Glioma And Their Relativity

Glioma is one kind of common tumor in central nervous system,which shows invasive growth. It is difficult to eradicate by operation.There is high recurrence rate after operation.It is not sensitive to approach of accessory treatment used in clinic at present.Maybe the emergence and development of glioma dues to the overexpression of Survivin.Provide a new target for glioma therapy.【Objective】To research the relationship between expression of Survivin which in gliomas and normal brain tissues and the association of Caspase-3, and its mechanism and clinical significance.【Methods】75 glioma specimens were gotten from the neurosurgery department of the first hospital of Jilin university and were all identified by pathology.10 normal brain tissues were confirmed by pathological diagnosis.The immune histochemical method was used to quantitate Survivin protein and Caspase-3. The expression rates of Survivin and Caspase-3 were determined by scale.【Results】Brown particles were founded in the tumor cells , Survivin protein did not stain in tissues of human normal brain.The expression rates of Survivin in gliomas(48.0%) were obviously greater than that in the tissues of normal brains(0%).The expression rates of the groups of GradeⅠ,GradeⅡ,GradeⅢ-Ⅳwere 23.1%,53.3%,73.7%.The coefficient correlation of Survivin and Caspase-3 was rs=-0.417, P<0.01.A obviously reverse relationship could be seen between the two genes.【Conclusions】The emergence and development of glioma were closely related to Survivin,which could inhibit apoptosis by reducing the activation of Caspase-3, Survivin had become more and more important in targeted therapy of glioma.
