Non-Alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD) has the characteristic that a high morbidity rate, the tendency of more and more yong men suffereed from this illness, chronicity progression,be the important etiological factor of cryptogenic cirrhosis, has the relation with the hepatic cellular cancer,be the cause of the hepatic function exhaustion,participate and compose the metabolism symptom complex, has a high recurrence rate fo liver transplanatation and so on,what diplays it's more and more clinical significance.At present,no matter from the angle of preventing ang curing the hepatopathy,the diabetes mdllitus or the areterial sclerosis, we should crconst the NAFLD's diagnose and cure .The NAFLD's etiological factor dan pathogenesis hasn't be completely identified from now on.The theory of mutiplicitas coups is accredited by majority hakeems.The chief of the first coup is insulin resistance, it can cause hepatic cell fatty degeneration.The second coup is all kinds of reasons that cause lipid peroxidation,oxidativedame and some correlated events,which cause fatty hepatitis that chan exist for long time.The third coup can cause the hepatic fibrosis.Now the cure of the NAFLD still has many disputes, so to find a method that can cure it ,has little side effect and fit prize is our aspir- ation.NXKKFY is developed from the tration prescription .It is utili- ty prescription of treatment on hyper lipemia fatty liver due to deficiency of QI in our department (The depart ment of traditional Chinese medicine of JI LIN University).we study the mechanism of NXKKFY and want to develop and utilize it.AIM:To investigate the influence of different dosis of NXKKFY to SD rat introduceed by high fat feeding to the liver function histology,fatty metabolism,contents of insulin,leptin, AST,ALT.Methods:80 male SD rats were randomly devided into 6groups:1control groups(n=20),5model groups(n=12),control group were introduced by normal food,and the other 5 groups were introduced by high fat feeding.After 8 weeks,with no food 12 hours ,weight the rats,and then the control group killed 10 rats and each model group killde 2 rats randomly.detect liver exponent and the indexes mentioned above. The rest 10 rats of control groups were still fed with normal food ,the rest rats of model groups were also fed by high caloric chow,divided into dong bao gan tai group,normal saline group,low NXK group,middle NXK group and high NXK group.Every morning,8 hours after being fed with high fat chow,give disfilied water of the same volume by stomach irrigation for 4 weeks.Killed all the rats and did the same things like the eighth week.Results :Significant insulin ,leptin,also with other resistance,disorder of fatty metabolism and Iiver function and increased expression of Ieptin were detected in rats of modeI group.The three NXK groups and dong bao group have effct to release the extent of the fatty liver,the high NXK group has the most significant effct .conclusion;NXK is efective in the treatment of rats with fatty liver induced by high fat feeding.
