Objective:By measuring the expression of Leptin, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in liver tisswre of non-alcoholic fatty liver rat model, is to explore the vole of Leptin, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in fatty liver and cirrhosis and to provide the new methods of monitoring and curing in fatty liver and cirrhosisMethods:The expression of Leptin, MMP-2 and MMP-9 was measured by immunohistochemical SABC method in a normal rat model (30), and non-alcoholic fatty liver model rats (30) established. Statistical methods of experimental data:Measurement data with single factor analysis of variance and t test; count data using x2 test.Results:(1)In non-alcoholic fatty liver in rats the positive rate of Leptin activity in normal liver tissue model, the difference has statistic significant (P<0.01).(2) In non-alcoholic fatty liver in rat model of MMP-2 of the positive rate in normal liver tissue model, the difference has statistic significant (P<0.05).(3) In non-alcoholic fatty liver in rat model of MMP-9 of the positive rate in normal liver tissue model, the difference has statistic significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Non-alcoholic fatty liver in rats increased expression of Leptinand nMMP-2 and MMP-9 indicates that three enzymes activity and abnormal expression have relationship with the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
