Synthetic Research To The Small Rat On Resist Fatique And Anti-hypoxia Effect Of The Functional Preparation Of Compound Tranditional Chinese Medicine

This article's main perpose is through the experiment, observe the resist fatique and anti-hypoxia effect of the functional preparation of compound tranditional Chinese medicine on small rats. Choose the Kunming female and male small rats with healthy, weight(20±2)g. Resist fatique and anti- hypoxia of rats were assayed according to test methods in《Functional assessment procedure and test methods of health food》which is provided by the People's Republic of China health department health. The experiment's result indicate, the functional preparation of compound tranditional Chinese medicine could obviously prolong the time of these small rats loaned- swimming(P<0.05或P<0.01); After the swimming, it could significantly increase the hepatic glycogen and the content of GLu ( P< 0.01) , reduce the content of BUN, LDH, CK (P<0.05或P<0.01); Prolong the survival time and the brain survival time of the small rats, which under the anoxic condition at the normal atmospheric pressure and the condition of the acute brain anoxia. Prolong the survival time of the small rats which under the poisoned condition with NaNO2(P<0.01). The functional preparation of compound tranditional Chinese medicine had no obvioursly influence on weights of the small rats from different groups. Ecperimentative conclution :the functional preparation of compound tranditional Chinese medicine have the effects of resist fatique and anti- hypoxia obviously. The best effects appear from pouring the functional preparation of compound tranditional Chinese medicine down to the small rats stomach at the dosage of 0.3—0.4ml per day.
