The Clinical Study Of Xue Xhou Qing Capsule's Effect On Hyperlipemia Of Phlegm-Accumulation Stasis About The Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objectives: To discuss the effect of Xue Chou Qing(XCQ) capsule on hyperlipemia of phlegm-accumulation stasis about the Chinese medicine syndrome by investigating the infection of XCQ capsule on hyperlipemia of phlegm-accumulation stasis about the Chinese medicine syndrome. Laying a foundation for further clinical application.Methods: 48 hyperlipemias of phlegm-accumulation stasis were divided into two groups randomly in the methods of random,double-blind and compared parallely.24 cases in the treatment group(XCQ capsule),while 24 cases in the control group(Zhi Mai Kang capsule).The period of treatment was 8 weeks. Investigating the variety of the Chinese medicine syndrome between the two groups.Result: The total effective rate of changing Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group is 95.45%, while in the control group is 73.91%, two relatively did not statistics to learn the meaning(P>0.05). The total effective rate of changing the symptom of chest distress in the treatment group is 86.36%, while in the control group is 78.26, two relatively did not statistics to learn the meaning(P>0.05). The total effective rate of changing the symptom of dizziness in the treatment group is 45.45%, 56.52%, two relatively did not statistics to learn the meaning(P>0.05). The total effective rate of changing the symptom of numb and heavy limbs in the treatment group is 68.18%, while in the control group is 65.22%, two relatively did not statistics to learn the meaning(P>0.05). The total effective rate of changing the symptom of tongue inspection in the treatment group is 72.73%, the control group is 56.52%, two relatively did not statistics to learn the meaning(P>0.05); The total effective rate of changing the symptom of pulse-taking in the treatment group is 72.73%, the control group is 43.48%, two relatively did not statistics to learn the meaning(P>0.05), There were no untoward reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion: XCQ capsule have stable curative effect on the hyperlipemia of phlegm-accumulation stasis about the Chinese medicine syndrome, and change the symptom of chest distress,dizziness,numb,heavy limbs,tongue inspection and pulse-taking etc,it is the same to control group .The period of the clinical study has not respond the obviously and badly, and the safety check did not discover the poisonous effect.
