Rehabilitation Efficacy Observation Of Chinese Medicated Plaster Applied To The Navel Therapy On The Phlegm-Accumulation Stasis Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe the rehabilitation efficacy of Chinese medicated plaster applied to the navel therapy on the phlegm-accumulation stasis hyperlipidemia,to further explore the possible mechanism and prove a reference for the family orientation in senile disease and community-based rehabilitation.Method:60 cases of phlegm-accumulation stasis hyperlipidemia are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group in the basic diet add on treatment with Chinese medicated plaster applied to the navel therapy,a simple application of the control group diet control,and observe the efficacy of treatment statistical significance and clinical significance after 12 weeks.Results:Statistical analysis suggests that the efficacy of TCM symptoms and lipid effects of laboratory indicators have significant difference(P＜0.05),the overall efficacy of the treatment group better than the control group.The intra-group comparison has significant difference in Chinese medicine symptom score;lipid target TC,TG,LDL-C lowering,suggest that the two groups have therapeutic effect.The inter-group comparison suggest treatment group in decreasing symptom score better than the control group(P＜0.01);after treatment the TC comparison between the two groups(P＜0.01).Two groups of TG,LDL-C comparisons are P＜0.05,HDL-C on the comparison shows no significantly,prompt treatment group at increased HDL-C is not significantly.Conclusion:Chinese medicated plaster applied to the navel therapy have improve in symptoms to the phlegm-accumulation stasis hyperlipidemia,and indirect prove the relationship between the phlegm-accumulation stasis and hyperlipidemia;have effects in serum lipid index of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in the phlegm-accumulation stasis hyperlipidemia,with lower TC,TG, LDL-C have increased the trend of HDL-C,suggesting that research methods have good effect in regulate the lipid;this has no significant adverse reactions,safe and effective; phlegm-accumulation stasis hyperlipidemia have a better rehabilitation outcome,as well as evidence of other types of hyperlipidemia,explore the possible mechanism and provide a reference for the family orientation in senile disease and community-based rehabilitation.
