Objection: This subject is for the purpose of discussing AS patient's HLA-B27 (hereinafter referred to as "B27"), antigen expression quantity, HLA-B27 genome subtype, cytokines(TNF-a, IL-6), CRP, ESR as well as PLT and TCM Syndrome Types in active time, establishing familiar Logistic regression equation of AS' TCM Syndrome Types step by step,revaling TCM Syndrome Types essence from the gene level, the molecularimmunologylevel.Method: 72 examples AS out-patients and inpatients in active time,visiting rheumatologists in First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Chinese medicine university. Male 63 examples, age 14-50 years old,average 27.4 years old: Female 9 examples, age 27-40 years old, average 32years old; The course of diseases is 4-252 months, average 75.6 months, the early phase 20 examples, the intermediate phase 38 examples, the later phase 14 examples. Syndrome differentiation of TCM refers to document, Damp-heat type,42 examples, accounts for 58.3%, yinDeficiency type, 18 examples, accounts for 25%, yang Deficiency type,12 examples, accounts for 16.7%.Before the treatment, Examine AS patient's B27antigenexpression quantity 68 examples, genome subtype 44 examples, cytokines(TNF-a, IL-6),CRP, ESR and PLT level 72 examples respective]y: After the treatment examine AS patient's B27antigenexpression quantity 40 examples, TNF-a, IL-6 30 examples respectively. The measurement materials' comparement in groups uses "t" examnation, Theclassified materials' comparement in groups uses "X~2" examnation, mathematics equation uses Logistic regression. Analysis the relationgship of damp-heat type, Yin Deficiency type, Yang Deficiency type and various index;compare IL-6, TNF-a and B27antigenexpression quantity betweenthe active stage and remission stage. Establishesfamiliar Logistic regression model of TCM Syndrome TypesResults: Firstly, compare patient's IL-6, TNF-a level in the active stage and remission stage, the differences is obvious, the active stageis higher than the alleviates stage(P<0.05).Secondly, in the active stage, The difference between damp-heat type and non- damp-heat(Yin Deficiency and Yang Deficiency type) type'sIL-6 was statistically significant, damp-heat type is higher than non- damp-heat type(P<0.05);The differencebetween Yang Deficiency typeand Yin Deficiency type's IL-6 was nostatistically significant(P>0.05);There was significant difference between damp-heat, Yang Deficiencytype and Yin Deficiency type's TNF-a. Damp-heat and yang Deficiency type are also higer than Yin Deficiency type(P<0.05); There was no significant difference between damp-heat and Yang Deficiency type's TNF-a(P>0.05).Thirdly, There was significant difference between damp-heat type and non- damp-heat type's PLT, ESR, CRP level in active stage, damp-heat type is higher than non- damp-heat type(P<0.05).Fourthly, comparing male and female's B27 expression quantity, Ithas significance in statistics, the male is higher than the female (P<0.05); Comparing B27 expression quantity among each Syndrome Types, between the active stage and the alleviates stage, it has no significance in statistics(P>0.05).Fifthly, HLA-B27 genome subtype distribution(1) In damp-heat type, B*2704 accounts for 50%, B*2705 accounts for33.3%,B*2710. B*2715 accounts for 4.17%respectively, B*2720, 2 examples, accounts for 8.33%.(2) In non-damp-heat type, B*2704 accounts for 55%, B*2705 accounts for 35%, B*2701. B*2703 accounts for 5%respectively.(3) B*2704 and B*2705 are super genome subtypes in damp-heat and non- damp-heat type. The difference of B*2704 and B*2705's proportion between the two types was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Firstly, in the active stage, damp-heat type is the most common Syndrome Type, the next is Yin Deficiency, Yang Deficiency type.Secondly, IL-6, TNF-a level are high obviously in active stage, damp-heat type is the highest.Thirdly, damp-heat condition represents inflammation's acute activity time of AS patient.Fourthly, HLA-B27 expression quantity has sex difference and doesn'trelate with TCM Syndrome Types possibly.Fifthly, HLA-B27 expression quantity doesn'tdirectly relate with thecondition activity possibly.Sixly, TCM Syndrome Types and HLA-B27 genomesubtype are not obviouscorrelative.Sevenly, the established damp-heat type's Logistic regression equation hasthe certain reference value to TCM Syndrome's objection research.
