The Diagnosisal Volue Of Anti-prothrombin Antibody In Autoimmunity Spontaneous Abortion

Objects: To investigate the relationship between anti- prothrombin(aPT) antibodies and autommunity spontaneous abortion,and thediagnosisal value of aPT to autommunity spontaneous abortion.Metheods: Adopt case control study.The serum samples were measuredby Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) for immunoglobulinG and immunoglobulin M antibodies against aPT,which were obtainedfrom 60 patients with spontaneous abortion and 20 controls.Comparedwith the detection anticardiolipin antibody (ACA) at the same time.Results:1,aPT-IgG and aPT-IgM titers of 60 patients with spontaneousabortion were 6.71±2.11u/ml and 5.30±1.52u/ml; and the titers of 20controls without spontaneous abortion were 4.48±1.42u/ml and 4.00±1.11u/ml. the aPT-IgG/IgM titers of the study group were significantlyhigher than the comparison group(P<0.01). 2,aPT were found in 35.00 %of 60 patients of the study group, aPT were found in 5.00 % of 20 womenof the comparison group, and the incidence of the study group is higerthan that the comparison group(P=0.021, <0.05); ACA were found in65.00%of 60 patients of the study group, ACA were found in 15.00%of20 women of the comparison group, and the incidence of the study groupis higer than that the comparison group(P<0.01). Sensitivity of the aPTwas 35.00%, specificity was 95.00%,accuracy was 50.00%,false positive rate was 5.00%,false negative rate was 65.00%,positivepredictive value was 95.45%,and negative predictive value 33.76%;sensitivity of the ACA was 65.00%, specificity was 85.00%, accuracywas 70.00%,false positive rate was 15.00%,false negative rate was35.00%,positive predictive value was 92.86%,and negative predictivevalue 44.74%; 3. the incidence of the study group Women with aPT andACA both positive from the study group was 25.00%, the incidence ofthe study group Women with aPT positive and ACA negative from thestudy group was 10.00%, the incidence of the study group Women withaPT negative and ACA positive from the study group was 40.00%, theincidence of the study group Women with aPT and ACA both negativefrom the study group was 25.00%. Conclusions:1,aPT are associatedwith autommunity spontaneous abortion. 2,The detetion of aPT can helpdiagnose autommunity spontaneous abortion and APS, but aPT'ssensitivity is low and false negative rate is high,So the value of clinicalusage of the aPT should be further studied.
