Jurhen-1 dropping pill (JRH) is new pharmaceutics, which is prepared according to thetraditional proved prescription of Mongolian Medicine. It is made of Fructus Choerospondlatis,Fructus Gardeniae, Flos Carthami etc. and could be available for treatment of heart disease.TheStatistic of animal experiment indicated that Jurhen-1 is the ideal Mongolian medicine in therapy ofcoronary heart disease and angina. It is very valuable and perspective to exploit it. In order to findout the effective component of Jurhen-1 in the therapy of coronary heart disease, this experimenthave observed the effects of main components Choerospondias Axillanris and Gardenia, the othercomponents are to be studied.Coronary heart disease (CHD) is due to atherosclerosis, clinic syndrome induced by theinner lining of blood vessel narrow, short supply of blood in coronary arteries, cardiac muscleurgent or impermanency short of blood, hypoxia. The sufferer always have changes of heartfunction and blood dynamics pathology. So the cardiac muscle short of blood experiment, blooddynamics experiment and cardiac muscle hypoxia experiment are the basic pharmic experiments ofmedicine therapy in coronary heart disease and angina. Left anterior descending coronary arteryligation can induce cardiac muscle infarct, interdict coronary artery. The causing artery partiallyshort of blood is similar with clinic. In order to observe the medical function of main components ChoerospondiasAxillanris and Gardenia in Jurhen-1, five animal experiments are studied.Through producing rat acute myocardial blood-shot model with pituitary pituitrin andligated coronary artery, and cardiacarrhythmia model caused by aconitine to observe the influenceupon the cardiogram, hert rate, creatinekinase, myocardial infarction range, and study the mainmedical function of Choerospondias Axillanris and Gardenia in Jurhen-1 by mice lacing-resistingoxygen experiment and the rat left-boby heart perfuging experiment and blood dynamicsexperiment, while basically exploring its effect-mechanism.The experiment result indicateted that the main constituent Choerospondias Axillanris injurhen-1 can remarkably resist of ECG in pituitrinmu—induced myocardial Iesion rats Tamplitude and S-T section raising; It can also reduce the mice oxygen consumption capacity, andlengthen its survival time; In the myocardial blood-shot model induced by coronary artery ligationof rats, the main constituent Choerospondias Axillanris in Jurhen-1 can obviously reduce itsmyocardial infarction range and reduce its content of LDH. GOT in blood serum; The mainconstituent Choerospondias Axillanris in jurhen-1 have protective function to aconitine-inducedArrhythmias; It can increase coronary artery flux of the rat left-body heart.The experiments indicated that the main components of Choerospondias Axillanris inJurhen-1 have functions of prolong the survival time of hypoxia, enhance the flux of coronary artery,anti-arrhythmia, resist the short supply of blood in coronary arteries, but the main componentGardenia does not. Jurhen-1 can cure heart disease and angina, but it is only the function ofChoerospondias Axillanris or compositive function of all components has to be studied further.
