Influence Of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill On Total Ischemia Burden, Heart Rate Variability And Cardiac Events In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris.

Objective To observe the influence of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill on total ischemia burden,heart rate variability and cardiac events in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris, to investigate the curative effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill and the influence of cardiac events in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris by measuring the changes of high sensitivity c-reactive protein, fibrinogen level, hemorrheology in blood, and the relationship with TIB, HRV.Methods 124 patients were divided into two groups randomly,the control group was treated with normal medicine and the treatment group was added with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill, 10 pills once, three times a day, following time is one year. By detecting the dynamic electrocardiogram (TIB and HRV), high sensitivity c-reactive protein, fibrinogen level, hemorrheology,the convention of blood, urine and stool,hepatic function and renal function separately in the pretherapy and 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after the treatment,to observe the happen of ischemia-related incidents in the two groups, including the fequency of angina pectoris attacks,the fequency of re-hospitalization due to angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock and sudden death, etc.Results 1. There were no significant diferences in sex , age , the course of disease , complications and foundational treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). 2. After 1-year follow-up,there were significant diferences in high sensitivity c-reactive protein,fibrinogen and hemorrheology(P<0.05). 3. After the treatment , the total ischemia burden was lower and the heart rate variability was higher than that of before the treatment.There were significant diferences in total ischemia burden, heart rate variability,the therapeutic effect of angina and the incidence of cardiac events between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Compound Danshen Dropping Pill can effectively reduce high sensitivity c-reactive protein,fibrinogen,hemorrheology in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris, reduce total ischemia burden , improve heart rate variability and curative effect,thus reduce the incidence of cardiac events.
