Inonotus obliquus is a very valuable and rare medical fungi. To each kindof cancer, heart disease, diabetes, AIDS etc. have the very good curative effect.Foreigncountries have done much research and development work on Inonotus obliquus in 1960sand 1970s.However, our research is much less. At present, domesticated cultivation is veryessential because the wild resource is confronted with drying up increasingly, furtherresearch on establish technical project of domesticated cultivation selerotium is urgent to bedone to solve the problem of the shortage of resource. Comparative studies on generalnutrition component, extraction of polysaecharide among manpower myeelium, fungusnucleus and wild fungus nucleus of Inonotus obliquus;the experiment of hypoglyeemieeffect were also conducted. The results showed that the general nutrition component ofmanpower mycelium of Inonotus obliquus is superior to fungus nucleus and wild fungusnucleus, the content of.mineral element of manpower myeelium and fungus nucleus issuperior to wild fungus nucleus, the polysaccharide content of manpower myeelium ofInonotus obliquus is obvigusly higher than fungus nucleus, the polysaeeharide content offungus nucleus is obviously higher than wild fungus nucleus; Three experimental groups ofChinese traditional medicine of Inonotus obliquus,(Fr.) Pilat mycelium extraction wereable to restrain the hyperglycemia of the alloxan hyperglycemia model of mice,it has noeffect of hypoglycemic for normal mice before they eat,it has obvious effect to normalmice after they eat;The optimal extracting condition of polysaccharide among manpowermycelium of Inonotus obliquus is that extraction time is 2.5h, extraction temperature is80℃,alcohol precipitate consistency is 85%.
