Reference value of FEV1.0 of the healthy is an important index of pulmonary function analysis and it can be used to judge whether the small aspiratory organic is blocked, yet the reference value is an important index of reference value of medicine and it can evaluate the damage of pulmonary function for workers of contacting dust. Every region and hospital must have a set of standards of reference value because FEV1.0 is the basis for diagnosing and treating disease. However, the reference value of FEV1.0 of each region is not unanimous owing to the difference of geographical environment, instruments, objects, methods to determine. It also effects the accuracy of diagnose. Therefore, it is important to study the law of geographical distribution of the reference value of FEV1.0.The thesis relied on the State Nature Science Fund subjected "The Relationship between Normal Reference Value of pulmonary function of Chinese and Geographic Factor"(Number: 40671005) and had the basis of the theories of medical geography, pulmonary function analysis, physical geography and mathematical statistics, made use of computer software, such as SPSS 11.5, Excel, Maplnfo. Studied the correlation between the reference value of FEV1.0 and geographical factors, qualitatively and specially.The thesis divided the data into two parts as 18-40 years old middle-young adult and 40-65 years old middle-old adult, made regressions between the two parts based on correlations, such as single linear, multiple linear, stepwise and curve regressions. Draw that there was not all correlation between the value of FEV1.0 of middle-young adult or middle-old adult and certain geographic factors, the value of FEV1.0 of the middle-young adult (Y1) has especial prominence in correlation with annual average relative humidity(X7), have prominence in correlation with height above sea level (X1), annual rainfall(X3), annual sunshine time(X8); the value of FEV1.0 of the middle-old adult (Y2) has prominence in correlation with annual average temperature(X2), January average temperature(X5), July average temperature(X6), annual average relative humidity(X7), their correlations was not singular, but it had multi-ply correlation with geographic factor. Therefore, a series of regression equations were given out through SPSS 11.5 statistical software. As the following part selected two most effective equations:①The forecast model of reference value of FEV1.0 of the middle-young healthy men between 18 to 40 years old: Y1=1.906+0.026*X7 F=11.605, P=0.000<0.01 The forecasting domain of Y1 is from (Y1-0.519) to (Y1+0.519), the figure of 0.519 is the residual standard error of 1.96.②The forecast model of reference value of FEV1.0 of the middle-old healthy men between 40 to 65 years old: Y2=0.958+0.15*X4+0.036*X5+0.07*X6 F=5.894, P=0.009<0.05 The forecasting domain of Y2 is from (Y2-0.366) to (Y2+0.366), the figure of 0.366 is the residual standard error of 1.96.The thesis divided China into eight different regions, then estimated and compared the reference value of FEV1.0 of each region by selecting typical places through the above two equations, discovered that the fact value was consistent with the forecast value of FEV1.0 of middle-young adult and middle-old adult, there was no difference between them, so we could forecast the normal value of FEV1.0 of middle-young adult and middle-old adult in some places with two regression equations, provided a simple and convenient way of calculating the FEV1.0 in some places according to the geographic factors.Discovered the geographic distribution law of normal reference value of FEV1.0 for Chinese adult man through studying the relationship between the reference value of FEV1.0 and geographical factors, offered scientific basis for establishing the standard for normal reference value of FEV1.0 for Chinese adult man, it will develop the medicine quickly, the research methods and results of the thesis will be abundant to the contents of medical geography, the research has important practical significance.
