The Clinical Study In The Effect Of Shenmai Injection To ACS Of Qi Deficiensy And Blood Stasis Syndrom And Experimental Study Of Treatment Of Acute Myocardial Ischemic Rats

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of shenmai injection on acute coronary syndrome (ACS) of qi deficiensy and blood stasis syndrom and to oberserve the benefit of shenmai injection on rat with acute ischemic myocardium.Methods One hundred and thirty five ACS of qi deficiensy and blood stasis syndrom patients were randomly assigned to magnestium group(n=80), or placebo group(n=55).Both group were given routine drug treatment and the magnestuim group was given shenmai injection at the same time.Two weeks afer,the changes of syndrome of Chinese medicine,electrocardiogram and cardiac function were observed. The model of acute myocardial ischemia was induced by iv pituitrin in rats. The normal ECG and the changed ECG of rats after giving Pit were recorded. The serum levels of CK,LDH,SOD and MDA were determined.Conclusion The shenmai injection is a safe and useful therapy in ACS of qi deficiensy and blood stasis syndrom. It can protect myocardium from injury by descending inflammatory factors.
